We are primarily 'project' oriented. Projects, as well as clients, vary in size, complexity, subject matter and industry.

Our principals have strong backgrounds as suppliers to the automotive industry, but we have experience in all aspects of business management from working as CEOs, CFOs, Sales & Marketing Executives, and Business Development and Strategy Executives in a number of industries. We bring expertise in finance, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, and research of economic, political, and competitor situations in Asian markets. In addition to direct experience in several multinational companies from North America, Asia, and Europe, we have executed successful projects in Asia with a particular emphasis on China

We have excellent contacts in China, including Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as in Southeast Asia. Having lived and worked in Canada, United States, France, Germany, Japan, Thailand, Singapore and China (Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taiwan) and traveled extensively in other countries in Asia-Pacific, we understand the cultures and know how to get things done.

Special services are offered from time to time that capitalize on the strength or interest of one of our individual principals, such as our Relocation Services.

In order to maintain costs and provide the right expertise for the right project, the company maintains a permanent staff only large enough to provide a structural base to provide value to clients in the selected services. Other employees are project based, bringing their expertise for specific projects for the time required as contact employees or consultants.
